• A successor entity, in the event of a business sale, merger, or restructure.

6. Third-party tools and processors

We use third-party platforms to operate our business and marketing activities, which may process personal information on our behalf, including:

• CRM platform (e.g. Keap) — to store and manage enquiry, lead, and client communication records;
• Website and form hosting (Webflow) — to host our site and process form submissions;
• Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) — for pixel-based tracking and ad delivery, as described in Section 4;
• Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) — to understand website usage.

These providers are authorised to use personal information only as needed to provide their services to us, and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

7. Storage, security, and retention

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. This includes access controls, secure systems for our CRM and website, and limiting access to personal information to those who need it.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

8. Overseas disclosure

Some of the third-party platforms we use (including CRM, hosting, analytics, and advertising providers) may store or process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate or out-of-date information;
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time (e.g. via the unsubscribe link in our emails);

• Lodge a complaint with us, or with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), if you believe we have mishandled your personal information.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and services are directed at businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
